Processing Time

All Jade's Gems pieces are handmade to order in my Rhode Island studio. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During busy seasons or after restocks, processing may take up to 7 business days. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Method

Standard Shipping | 3-5 Business days after processing

Priority Shipping  | 1-3 business days after processing 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes - these are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking informantion to update after you receive this email.  

Address Accuracy

Please double-Check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at hello@jadesgemsllc.com , We'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
